This online store is owned and operated by Sonatex (Vic) Pty Ltd  trading as Boston Shoe [ABN 97 158 469 044].   Sonatex (Vic) Pty Ltd owns the registered trading name “Alfie & Evie Melbourne”.

Currently, we only deliver to destinations within Australia and New Zealand; for further details including delivery charges, please refer to our Shipping Policy.

All prices for shoes and delivery costs on the Website are shown in Australian Dollars and include GST.  Items purchased from New Zealand and delivered to New Zealand do not include GST.  If purchases are made by customers in New Zealand, the purchase price will be converted to New Zealand dollars by PayPal.

For payments, customers can either use a credit card via Shopify as the secure payment gateway or via a Pay Pal account.  For further information regarding Shopify as our payment gateway and Pay Pal, please see our Security Policy.

To order online, customers are asked to log-in or register by using their email address.

Customers can do this by clicking on the Shopping Cart on the top right hand corner of the website.  All purchases are paid for at the time of ordering by credit card or Pay Pal account.  Provision of credit card information as payment constitutes an agreement for your purchase of the selected item(s). Orders will be confirmed by email including details of product choice, quantity, price and freight charges, etc. This receipt can be printed out by the customer.

Once the order is dispatched, the customer receives another email with Shipment notification detailing Order Number and Tracking Number for their delivery.

We endeavour to show stock availability as accurately as possible but availability is only 100% accurate as at the time shown.  Availability does change with customer purchases and occasionally due to purchases occurring at the same time, stock will become unavailable.  If for any reason we are unable to fulfill an order we will advise customers and of course provide a full refund.
