We know footwear!!  And we get that buying online is not always fool proof.  We want you to feel confident that we have got your back to find that perfect pair, in fit and in style.

Not your size or you’ve changed your mind? No worries!

Please follow below our easy steps & conditions on returns.

Let’s get you one step closer to finding that perfect pair!

  • Return Policy: We have a 30-day return policy; this 30-day period is from date of invoice rather than from date of order. We cannot accept returns after this period.
  • For Returns: We offer an exchange of size or style or store credit and our staff are available to assist with queries regarding fit and sizing of any style you may be interested in for an exchange.
  • Let us know: Email us at hello@alfieandevie.com.au to inform us your return, the reason and request an exchange or store credit; you can also email us with any queries regarding our products.
  • Proof of purchase: Keep your receipt (invoice) and slip this inside the box when returning the item.
  • Original condition: The returned item must be unworn and in original condition. This includes the packaging that it arrived in.
  • Protect the pair: Ensure you wrap the shoe box appropriately to protect the shoes and their box during return postage. Although this item is not your perfect pair, it will be somebody else’s!
  • Return to: Alfie & Evie Returns, c/o Boston Shoe, 88 Tope Street, South Melbourne. Vic. 3205
  • Postage on returns: The customer is responsible for postage on the returned item; and we will cover postage on the exchange, posted back.
  • Track your return item: Please keep a note of your tracking number on the item you return. We can’t take responsibility for items lost in transit.
  • Once your return is received: Please allow up to 3 business days for your store credit/exchange to be sent out. You will receive your store credit via email so be sure to check your junk mail as sometimes our emails end up there.
  • Decline of a return: Alfie & Evie reserves the right to decline the approval of a return if an item is received 30-days after invoice date, is showing signs of wear, is marked/damaged or is not in original and undamaged packaging. Customers will be contacted if this is the case and the item(s) will be returned by post at the expense of the customer.

 

Refunds & Faulty Goods

We pride ourselves in providing high quality product to our customers and we want to let you know that you are protected under the Australian Consumer Law and the relevant State and Federal legislation if your item is faulty.

If an item is deemed faulty, we provide either replacement or refund, as preferred by our customer; on occasions, the item may be repaired.   See below the steps & conditions in terms of refunds and faulty goods. 

  • Let us know: Please email us at hello@alfieandevie.com.au  you have a product which you believe is faulty so we can assist with the next step.
  • Proof of purchase: Please provide us with your receipt (invoice).
  • Inspection: The item will need to be assessed by a member of the Alfie & Evie team. They will assess the extent and nature of wear to determine if the item is deemed to be faulty. An image of the faulty goods may be requested via email to assist with this assessment or if for some reason the item cannot be returned to us.
  • Alfie & Evie reserves the right to consult with the supplier or manufacturer when assessing whether an item is faulty.
