Sale Item Returns & Shipping

Due to stock being heavily discounted, we are unable to offer our standard returns policy. 

We understand buying shoes online is not always easy, our staff are available via email to offer fitting advice.  We are happy to offer an exchange for store gift card if you find the shoes are not your perfect fit.  Please email hello@alfieandevie.com.au for all sale exchange requests.  Customer will need to cover the return postage.  Shoes are to be received in original condition including all packaging and wrap the shoe box to protect in transit. 

Alfie & Evie Melbourne currently only ships to destinations within Australia and New Zealand. Orders will be processed as quickly as possible. Due to the large number of orders, we are unable to guarantee our usual dispatch timeline of 2-3 business days. We appreciate your understanding on this matter.

Sale event Shipping within Australia will incur a flat rate of $15.00 postage.
For orders within Australia please allow 3-5 business days for delivery within Australia once your order is dispatched.

Sale event Shipping to New Zealand will incur a flat rate of $30.00 postage.
For orders to New Zealand deliveries are also made using Australia Post. Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery to New Zealand after your order has been dispatched. All orders are dispatched with tracking and require a signature on delivery.
